OTHERWISE, THE FINAL SCORE IS DETERMINED BY THE LAST COMPLETE INNING.     Example #1: #1 seed beats #4 seed and qualifies for Championship. #2 & #3 never play due to rain. #1 Seed is Champion & #2 seed is runner up. Example #2: #4 seed beats #1 seed and qualifies for Championship. #2 & #3 never play due to rain. #2 Seed is Champion & #4 seed is runner up. (Seeding doesn't change because #4 beat #1. #4 is still the lowest seed remaining and can't be champion unless they win it on the field!)
